The Women's Legacy Circle memoir writing workshop was created to help women write their life story. Designed by experienced women teachers. The workshop features topics near to women's hearts. We will write about ourselves and the people who shaped us; about significant memories; about love and work; about sad events and happy times; about lessons and legacies. The workshop includes a buffet dinner. We will meet at a quaint little cafe restaurant. Writing, food, fellowship is the order of the day. When I tell you the story of my life, I don't have to do anything special-just tell the truth of it as I lived it, with all it's ragged edges and loose ends, all the hurtful and the healing bits. When you tell me your story, I don't have to do anything special, either: just listen and accept and reflect and be amazed. Together, telling and listening, accepting and reflecting, we are changed.
